Rules and Notes
Cancellation and Refunds
The entry fee is refunded in full when cancellation is requested before the registration deadline.
After the registration deadline, work begins on the draw and competition schedule, so cancellations and refunds due to personal circumstances may be difficult to accommodate. Refunds are assessed under applicable law and actual incurred costs, with deductions only where legally permitted.
The entry fee is refunded in full if the organizer cancels the competition or a significant change to its date or venue prevents participation. This policy does not restrict statutory refund rights.
Please request cancellations and refunds through the 1:1 inquiry service. The time the request is received determines whether it falls before or after the registration deadline.
Existing registrations and payments remain subject to the refund terms communicated when the application was made.

Automatic draw and order
After payment is completed, participant order is automatically assigned on My Page when the draw period opens.

Quiet environment
Silence must be maintained in the performance hall. Disturbance may result in removal or score deductions.

Movement and phone restrictions
Seat movement and mobile phone use may be restricted for smooth operation.

Young child entry restriction
Children aged 6 or under may not enter the performance hall.

Waiting room restriction
Parents and teachers, except accompanists, are not allowed in the performer waiting room.

Service period
Competition operation and certificate/trophy delivery services are provided for up to 3 months from the payment date.
