Anyone aged 7 to 25 may participate.
Age is calculated based on the year of the competition, and participants may enter regardless of nationality.
Divisions are organized by age group, including elementary, middle school, high school, and university divisions.
You can apply online through the “Application” menu at the top of the website.
Your registration is completed after you submit the application form and pay the participation fee within the application period.
Additional applications cannot be accepted after the deadline, so please check the schedule carefully.
The participation fee varies by division.
The fee includes the adjudication fee, venue usage fee, and a participation souvenir.
Refunds after payment may be limited according to the competition rules.
Participants may freely choose their repertoire, but performance time limits apply by division.
Please prepare a piece within 5 minutes for the elementary division, within 7 minutes for the middle school division, and within 10 minutes for the high school and university divisions.
There is no restriction on difficulty, and classical, romantic, contemporary, and other styles are accepted.
Yes. Up to two guardians may enter per participant.
Please remain quiet inside the venue, and photography is not permitted during performances.
Performances are evaluated based on technique (40%), musical expression (30%), stage presence (20%), and interpretation (10%).
Judging is conducted by three or more professional judges, and rankings are determined by the average score after excluding the highest and lowest scores.
Award records from the Nomera Concours are recognized as official achievements when applying for university admission or other music competitions.
Official award certificates are issued to winners, and additional copies may be requested if needed.
Top prize winners may also be granted recommendation eligibility for the next edition.
If the competition is canceled or postponed due to a natural disaster or other unavoidable circumstances, we will notify participants through the registered email address and website announcements.
Yes. Anyone may participate regardless of nationality or place of residence.
However, participants are responsible for arranging their own flights and accommodation.
If a visa is required, an invitation letter can be issued.
Please contact the competition office separately if you need an invitation letter.
